KEY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE, Romania for CPP (crop protection) division

Purpose:
1. To increase market penetration and coverage of CPP products.
2. To increase sales revenue of CPP in the mentioned area.
3. To increase the company market knowledge in the mentioned area.

Principal Accountabilities:
 Proposing and developing the most adequate sales strategy for the assigned area and direct responsibility for the implementation of it.
 Managing the relationship and further development of the existing distributors as well as for the acquisition of ones.
 Monitoring and reporting regularly on competitive activities and strategies as well as for formulating and upon agreement with supervisory line, implementing actions to increase effectiveness of the business.
 Maintaining close contact and visit regularly distributors.
 Leading negotiations with distributors in assigned area.
 Ensuring the adequate level of know-how transfer into the market, especially with regard to his distributors and direct accounts.
 Completing yearly sales plan with objectives and reports regularly on this plan, including proposals for corrective actions, etc.
 Cooperating with Sales Representatives.
 Organizing independently working agenda in accordance with business needs and objectives.
 Participation in customer events and internal sales meetings with prior approval of the supervisor.
 Following all cpmany internal procedures, especially those related to the company’s core values: high ethical standards, respectful people treatment, safety and environmental protection.

• 3 to 5 years sales experience within CPP products.
• Education in agriculture.
• Very good knowledge of local market.
• Technical support experience will be an advantage.
• Very good command of English. Other languages will be an advantage.
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes).
